I want to look even half as good as this woman, Morjorie Newlin, does when I'm her age! By the way, she's 86 years old! (No, this is not a hoax, she's appeared on talk shows like The View and Oprah and been interviewed by multiple papers.) Apparently inspired to improve her health when she was unable to lift a 50-pound bag of kitty litter at the grocery store, she has gone on to win multiple awards for bodybuilding in her 70s and 80s.

I read this article today and promptly went and did my crunches and push-ups. HOLY HOT GRANDMAMA, BATMAN!
