Hubby and I have decided to completely revamp our teaching studios and the policies therein.
Why you ask? Because we're tired of being treated like the maid.
Man, these asshole parents just never stop-- this one chick had the nerve to call yesterday and cancel her kid's lesson because she, ahem, "forgot that graduation was today".
The kid's a f*&^*g senior.
Therefore as of September, all lessons will be paid in advance, there will be no refunds for cancellations of any kind, and if you don't like it?
